Blured images

Hi, we have a problem with the product layouts. Some products have clear images and some they have blured images even if the images are hight quality. (screenshot)
You will notice that these products that are with blured images their src is with the file name and 12×12.jpg (screenshot)

We didn’t change anything and also we don’t have any cache plugin

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.
