Luke NielsenMemberHello,
You need to regenerate your images through the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin (more details in the article below).
https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails-new-image-sizes-wordpress/
Let me know the result.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
It looks like the images come from the plugin, so could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand how it works?
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
If on the TwentyTwenty theme it’s not working, then you need to contact the plugin’s support team as those flags are adjusted via the plugin.

webParticipantHey Luke,
Alright let me explain things in details,
So basically when we installed in the plugin for whatsapp we noticed that the flags were not working and were blurry so we switched to Twenty Twenty Five and it was still not working, so we had another website that didn’t have woodmart before we installed the plugin normally and it worked no problem however when we installed woodmart on that second website to test if the issue is from the theme or no, the flags went blurry againin attachment below here it’s working well with another theme
so i think the problem in css files of woodmart themePlease investigate and help us fix this issue as soon as possible as we are planning to launch in a day or two and we need all of these issues fixed
Thank you for your time.

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
Okay, understood. But in any case, I need to make tests by disabling plugins, changing the theme, etc. If it’s a live site, you can clone your current website and move it to the staging platform so I can make tests there.
Kind Regards

webParticipantGood Morning Luke!
Any Updates ?January 27, 2025 at 1:11 pm #633025
Luke NielsenMemberHello,
Sorry for the delay.
I left enabled only these plugins – https://prnt.sc/YkGgDm6tuiF_ enabled the WooCommerce Storefront theme – https://prnt.sc/geFENwImMJIF and the same issue persists, as you can see our theme cannot affect it as it was completely disabled.
Kind Regards

webParticipantHello, No Worries
What do you think we should do to fix it because I have no idea how to.January 29, 2025 at 3:18 pm #633820
Luke NielsenMemberHello,
I think the first you need to do is to contact plugin’s developers so they can investigate it on their end and provide a possible solution because as you see the same happens on the default theme.
Thank you for your time and patience.
Kind Regards
