d_chParticipantHi,
I would like to ask you something about the image width size and thumbnail width size which I have set on my WooCommerce setup with your theme. All of my images are 800×1000 px (which is an ideal image size on my case) and I have set the following settings at WooCommerce–>Product Images:
– 800px as main image width size
– 400px as thumbnail image width sizeAt thumbnail crop settings I have set not to crop the images, as I don’t want them to lose their aspect ratio.
Even if my images are appeared very clear on both my categories pages and shop page, I have the following issue:
I have created a separate page on my main menu called “Brands” with logos of most famous brands of the shop. When I click on a random logo on this page, I get a URL like https://website.gr/shop/?filter_marka=brand which is the desired redirection. However my product images after this filtering are appeared a little blurry on my 4 columns grid. As said above, this doesn’t take place at shop and category pages but only when I select to appear a filtered URL. Why does this happen you think? Could you please have a look on this and give me some further advice on how to avoid it?
You can also check this difference at clarity of my product images if you compare the products grid which I have set under my slider at my home page and they are appeared perfect (I have set 800x1000px Images size at Products grid Design tab via the element settings) and the filtered URL described above.
Thank you in advance,
DimitrisAttachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please read this manual and check your image settings: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/
Also, Can you please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site and activate only theme required plugins then check the site, I am sure your issue will be solved.
If the issue will still exist then please remain the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know, I will check it further.
Best Regards.

d_chParticipantHello Aizaz,
I deactivated 3rd party plugins but the issue still occurs. I repeat that it takes place only when I select one of my brands and show a filtered page like like https://website.gr/shop/?filter_marka=brand.
Please check my attached screenshot.
I have currently only the plugins below activated:
1. Akismet Anti-Spam
2. Contact Form 7
3. WooCommerce
4. Woodmart Core
5. WPBakery Page Builder
6. Under Construction plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/under-construction-page/)Could you please check it further?

d_chParticipantPlease also check my screen record below:
https://recordit.co/dPNxkOBd6S
You will see that the issue with blurry images takes place now at both product category and shop pages but not at my home page where I have set my grid via your Products theme element (with 800x1000px images size).

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please try to upload images much bigger than you have now. Please try at least 700x800px.
Best Regards.

d_chParticipantPlease check again my first reply above. All of my product images are already 800×1000px.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
You can also try to increase your WooCommerce product images size in Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce.Regards

With default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront it’s not possible to test my brands which work only with your filters.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Your current thumbnail image size is 320 and not 400. Try to increase them to 400 for example and regenerate all thumbnails with the following plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
Also, you can test it with other themes by opening the same URL directly in the browser.
Kind Regards
