Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please try to upload much bigger images, it seems this size is not enough for good quality.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
WoodMart works with either WP Bakery builder or Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time. In the process of the installation of the plugin, please leave one building plugin. It is not possible to convert an existing site that is built on WP bakery page builder into Elementor.
What builder did you initially install?
Best Regards

yuniversetechParticipantHi there,
I think it is the setting for the render image as I uploaded 2560 by 2560 pixels and not sure why it rendered into that small size.
I attached the screen shots
