bold text

hello, for some reason our products are randomly displaying bold text for only the first line of product descriptions.

I have looked and the text is not set to bold in the product description text box behind the scenes.

Why is this and how do we make it so that all the text is regular weight?

great you have fixed it! how did you do it and is it fixed for all of the products with this issue? It was on a handful of the carpets on offer. They all seem to be regular now which is good.

You are copying and pasting the product description from another source. When text is copied from other platforms or documents, hidden formatting can sometimes cause display issues on the front-end.

To resolve this, I recommend clearing any formatting by pasting the text into a plain text editor (like Notepad) first, and then copying it back into the product description field. This will remove any unwanted formatting.
