vlad.dreganParticipantHi,
Here are all the details of the bugs I’m experiencing since version 23.3 of Bookly:
The booking process is stuck at the first step.
The options “I’m available on or after”, “days to pick”, “Start from”, and “Finish by” are showing despite being set to not be visible. These issues do not occur if logged in as admin, or on mobile (guest or logged in).
(See screenshot 1)After picking the date and time and proceeding to the details step, the next step doesn’t work.
This issue only occurs if not logged in as admin.
(See screenshot 2).After a discussion with Bookly support team, we concluded that the Woodmart theme is the cause. Switching to “Twenty Twenty-Four” theme fixes all of these bugs.
This is the bookly support team response:
“I discovered that the WP theme is causing this behavior. When I temporarily switched to the default WP theme ‘Twenty Twenty-Four’, everything worked well. It seems the theme is caching the Bookly AJAX requests to the server. Please check if there is an option to disable the theme caching.”Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Vlad DreganAttachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder
Also, allow us to switch between themes to see the difference.Thank you in advance.

vlad.dreganParticipantAlso if I switch the theme to a WP default one, the website and Bookly works correctly in guest or incognito.

Artem TemosKeymasterThe problem is that the plugin’s script triggers
document
global click event and causes JS error. It should be done in some different way to make it compatible with other events connect with body-click. https://monosnap.com/file/U1chy8lbERXU7Tz29KoGOchyq6FnQx -
