I would like to know how can I pull the following using bootstrap cdn

What do you want to achieve exactly? Do you want to use the “fontawesome-webfont.woff” and “woodmart-font.woff” for development purposes in some plugins?

I just wanted to know instead of calling from our local server fontawesome-webfont.woff & woodmart-font.woff – Can I call them from bootstrap CDN so when user visit our website it pull those files using BootStrap CDN, for example right now they are hosted as

http://www.mYDOMAIN.COM/wp-content/themes/woodmart/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff2

I wanted to call it from

https://cdnjs.com/libraries/font-awesome

I got your point that instead of calling those files from your local server you want to call them from Bootstrap CDN. Sorry but this is not related to theme and this is out of our scope.
