Both USPS and local pickup shipping options available in the cart and checkout

Hi, I would like to have both USPS and local pickup shipping options available in the cart and checkout pages. How can I do this?

*Currently, the shipping methods are not showing up.

Currently, I have linked local pickup and
USPS simple pricing, but they are not appearing on the cart or checkout pages.
