bottom left side blocks and how to get rid of them

I noticed these blocks on the bottom left and cant figure out how to remove them as they do not do anything.

I checked in widgets and it is not in there to remove them.
See attached and pleaser advise.

Sorry to say but it seems that they are generated by some third-party Plugin on your Site. So, you can check that.

If you are unable to find it yourself, then please try using the below Custom CSS code and paste it to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:

.pswp { display: none !important; }

is there any way to figure out what 3rd party plugin is ruining your theme on the front end?
