Bottom mobile navbar and sidebar menu on desktop are not visible

Hi,

today i saw, that my mobile bottom navbar and desktop sidebar menu with icons are not visible anymore. Strange thing is that its visible for administrator, but when logout as administrator, its not visible anymore.

Please help with suggestions.

I resolved it. I had maintenance mode on (woodmart settings) without maintenance page defined. Strange issue but it cause some strange issues. Now its turned off and everything work ok.
