I installed a plugin that adds an EAN field. Unfortunately, the search engine does not search for results for this field. Can you help me?

The search engine behaves similarly after disabling the “search by SKU” option.

Nothing has changed. I have installed a different plug but the effect is similar. The search engine does not search for the EAN number.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? Send us some screenshots of how it should work.
