Hello,

Yes, you can change the brand URL slug.

Please navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks. Under the Product brand base field, replace brand with marka, then click Save Changes.

After saving the permalinks, your brand URLs will use the new slug, for example:
yourdomain.com/marka/brand-name/
