    Hello,

I have a problem with the product grid on mobile: it is not showing the products. However, when I edit it in Elementor, the products appear, as you can see in the screenshot.

    Thank you

    Hello,

    01. Sorry to say, I do not fully understand your issue. Could you please elaborate on your concern more with some useful screenshots for better understanding that demonstrate the problem, so we can understand and reproduce it on your website?

    02. For the menu, I have checked your site, and the menu items are showing fine.

In Elementor’s mobile preview, I can see both the products and the text correctly (as shown in screenshot 1). However, on the live site viewed on a mobile device, only the text appears — the products do not show (as shown in screenshot 2).

I would like the live mobile view to display both the text and the products, exactly as it appears in the Elementor mobile preview.

Problem 2 has already been resolved.

Is it possible to fix this so the products display properly on mobile?

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

I want to create a white container that looks exactly like the product carousel, with the same soft shadow on a white background.

Can you please tell me the exact shadow settings (color and blur values) used on the product design so I can apply the same effect to my containers? I want the container to visually match the product boxes.

Thank you very much for your help.

    Hello,

I want the container shadow to be the same as the shadow used in the products carousel. I have attached screenshots. The product carousel is the one I am referring to, as its shadow is applied automatically, and I don’t know the color or the blur values.
I have added a screenshot with a description so you can see the difference. I would also like this shadow to be the same as the one used for the products.

    Hello,

To make your container shadow match the product carousel, you can do the following:
Edit your container in Elementor > Go to the Style tab and Under Box Shadow, set the values as:

    Horizontal: 1px, Vertical: 1px, Blur: 1px, Color: rgba(0,0,0,0.1)

This will make your container shadow the same as the product carousel.

    Hello,

    Thank you!

I have attached additional screenshots with the settings you mentioned, but the result does not look the same. One side of the container does not have a shadow like the product carousel.

I have also attached screenshots showing how the container looks now with those settings and how the product carousel looks, so you can see the difference.

Are you sure these settings are the same?

    Hello,

To enable shadow in the product carousel, edit the product grid or carousel widget and in the style tab in the product design enable the option “Product Shadow”. https://ibb.co/v6TRGsY1

    Hello,

There seems to be a misunderstanding, as I am not referring to the products inside the container, but to the containers themselves.

As shown in the screenshots, the containers do not have the same shadow as the product carousel, and the shadow is missing on one side. I would like the shadow to be uniform on all sides, exactly like the product carousel.

Could you please confirm whether the settings you provided are correct? The containers I created using those settings do not match the product carousel shadow. My goal is for both shadows to be identical.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

I’m sending this again for clarification screen shot attached again. The product carousel in the screenshot has an automatically applied shadow, and I’m trying to match that exact shadow on the containers.

I used the settings you provided earlier ( you can see the conversation above and also the screen shots), but as you can see in the screenshots above and you can see also in the site , the shadow is still not the same. Could you please confirm the correct shadow settings so the container shadow matches the product carousel exactly?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

But on your site in the brand area, there is no product shadow added in the products carousel.

    Hello,

Yes, I know, because I created it that way—I do not need a shadow there. The question was a different one.

With all due respect, I never mentioned adding a shadow to the products in the brand description. So let’s move on. The real question is about the actual settings used for the product shadow, because I manually created the brand description containers, product description and so on, the containers on the website in general and I want them to have the same shadow in order to achieve a floating effect.

My question is whether the settings you provided above are the correct ones, because the containers do not have a shadow on one side and do not match the product carousel shadow. As you see in the screen shots above

    Thank you.

    Hello,

You’re right — the shadow used on Woodmart product cards is not the same as Elementor’s Box Shadow. It’s applied via CSS and uses a soft, spread shadow, not a simple 1px blur, which is why your container looks different and is missing on one side.

In Woodmart, the product shadow is closer to this:
    box-shadow: 0 6px 20px rgba(0,0,0,0.08);

So for your Elementor container, please use: Horizontal: 0, Vertical: 6, Blur: 20, Spread: 0, Color: rgba(0,0,0,0.08)

    Hello,

I’m having trouble with the box shadow in Elementor. Even after adjusting it, it doesn’t look the way I want. My question is: should I use Elementor’s built-in box shadow settings or custom CSS? The built-in option doesn’t seem to work properly now, it does not put the shadow anymore. Which method is better and you recommend?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello,

Elementor’s container shadow can sometimes be overridden by margins, padding, overflow: hidden, or CSS transforms, which makes the shadow look cut off or disappear on one side.

You can safely use Elementor’s built-in Box Shadow first. Just make sure the container doesn’t have overflow: hidden and no transform/offset is applied.

If you still need more control or help with CSS, just let us know and we’ll assist

    Hello,

Can you please help me with a box shadow issue?

I’m unable to change the box shadow on specific containers. The shadow is not being hidden by overflow, and there are no transforms applied. On other containers, I can add or modify the shadow without any problem, but on these particular ones I cannot change it at all.

I can apply box shadow only to containers where it hasn’t been applied before. On the ones where I already applied a shadow, I cannot modify it, and it seems to be controlled from somewhere else, but I cannot identify where.

Could you please advise what might be causing this and how I can fix it?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello,

Please see this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/bGhXH5DK . This is your main container where the shadow is added.

And this is your container where the product carousel is added https://postimg.cc/5HqhPm81 you can add the shadow here from the from the style tab in the border settings. The box shadow is related to the Elementor page builder not our theme.

Follow this guide how it works: https://elementor.com/help/shadow/

Hello, I kind of fixed it, but it doesn’t look exactly like the shadow used on the product cards. You mentioned that the product shadow is created using CSS and box-shadow. I would like my cards to look exactly the same, and I think using CSS would match them better. Could you please help me with the exact CSS so it matches the product shadow perfectly?

    I want to look identical.

    Hello,

To match the product card shadow exactly, you can add this custom CSS to your containers and change the code as per your requirements to set the shadow.

    .your-container-class {
        box-shadow: 0 6px 20px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.08) !important;
border-radius: 5px !important; /* optional: match product card rounding */
    }

Replace .your-container-class with the CSS class of the container you want to style.

    Best Regards,
