Brand filter does not work perfect.

Brand filter is not working properly.
It does not show the brand for the category in which the brand has its products.
However, what is strange is that the brand appears on the filter for one category while not appearing on the other.
I did cache purging, but still does not work.
Please teach me how to solve this issue.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access as well as FTP access to the private area.
