Hey, could you please check a minor issue with me? One of the brand images is not displaying. I’ve uploaded the Loytel brand image multiple times, but it doesn’t appear on the homepage or in the Brands section in the WordPress dashboard. Please see the three attached screenshots for reference.
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.
Hey ok I will try what u said and get back to u but all the brands images are working .. why only this one not working.. if the issue is one of the 3rd plugins then all the brands images won;t work
It turned out to be a plugin issue on your site. I temporarily deactivated some plugins, uploaded the image, and it worked correctly. After reactivating the plugins, the image continued to display without any problems.
