Brand image won't show on product page

    Hello,

    First of all, the Brands settings appear under Theme Settings > Shop > Brands
    However, all settings apply to product page. Accordingly, I believe this section is misplaced. It should be placed under Single Product rather than under Shop.

    Anyway, in your demo product pages, the brand logo appears on top of the product description (see circled in red in the attached photo).

    However, on my site (which is based on your dummy site) the brand logo does not appear at all in the product box.

    please advise how to have the brand logo appear as it shows with the attached image. thank you

    Hello,

    To Assign brand to the product you need to set the product attribute for the product from the edit product.

    This is already set. However, I cannot share the credentials as the site is local via WAMP.

    It’s very sad that to most of my tickets, support either did not resolve the problem, or requested that I’d upload my site online, which is far from trivial (migration takes time, and online means paying for hosting).

    Please let me know if my support period can be extended so I can take care of this (migrating the site from WAMP to online).

    And without debugging the issue we could not provide the solution as everything is working fine for us on our demos. So you have to migrate the site to the staging server for us to check the issue for you.
