Brand Name Not Showing PDP

When I updated from 8.0.1 to 8.0.6, the brand name in the “Product Brands” widget on single product pages no longer shows. It has always shown until updated to 8.0.6. I deactivated all plugins but woocommerce, woodmart plugin, and elementor and still it happens. I also made a layout with Gutenberg and it still doesn’t work. If you inspect the source code, you can see the link for the brand but in the “><” brackets where it should show the brand name text it is empty. Please check asap. I added login creds and login URL to the private area.

Separately, there is an issue with the “Products Sold Counter” widget as well. No matter what you set the timeframe to for “real” data, it shows the same number. For example, product that has sold over 270 times in the last 6 months (https://m7nee5biau-staging.onrocket.site/barneys-botanicals-delta-9-gummies/) shows only 8 sold in the last 59 months.

For the products sold widget count being off, I think I might know what the problem is. We use Trackship and Advanced Shipment Tracking for our site which adds a custom order status of “Delivered” (wc-delivered). After the order goes from shipped to delivered, it is changed to order status “Delivered” where it stays. 95% or more of orders are in delivered order status so I believe it is not counting the,. How can we fix this?

It looks like you went to the live site by mistake. When staging sites are made with Woodmart sites for some reason some of the urls in the html don’t change so you can click some links and on the live site not staging and mot realize because they are almost identical. One easy way to tell other than the url bar is the chat widget in the bottom right corner (there is no live chat on staging).

What about the product sold widget not showing correctly?

We have checked it and we see that in fact the sold counter counts correctly, that is, it takes orders with the status Complete (Shipped), and since you have the bulk of orders with the status Delivered, these orders are not counted https://monosnap.com/file/L4QtqDDUwSeSbIKVbNbszTAAZZZbth. Therefore, in order for the sold counter to calculate correctly, orders must have the status Complete (Shipped)

How can I set it so it counts delivered statuses or counts “completed” status once it enters that status but doesn’t stay in it?

Sorry, it’s not possible to make the “Delivered” option have the same effect as “Complete” so you need to change them to “Complete” to make that work as you want.
