Brand Pages redirect to homepage

Hi Guys,
I have bought extended support just to get this issue fixed, this problem have created major SEO & user experience issues for our website.
On every product page we have assigned a brand attribute to that product, the brand attribute used to link to the brand page which hosted all of the products assigned to that brand, so everything was working fine but for some reason now all the brand attributes no longer hyperlink to the brand page and the old brand pages started redirecting to the homepage which is really bad for SEO and not what we want.
we haven’t done anything different and haven’t installed any new plugins to trigger this so not really sure what’s going on.

Hi,
Be sure that you have enabled “Enable archive” option for your brand attribute in Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes.

Yes I have that option enabled already but still not working.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I have just now tested this with the twentysixteen theme.
the brand attribute still doesn’t link to the brand page but not sure if this is normal with this theme or not, I just know that it used to work with your theme and now it doesn’t for some reason.
This table comes with WooCommerce plugin and our theme doesn’t influence it. As far as we know, it becomes a link when you turn on the “Enable archive” option for the product attribute.
