Brand Swatches Not Showing On Right Side Of Single Product Page On Fresh Install

The brand swatches are not showing on the right side of the single product page for the mega electronics template. I tried a fresh install on a local build and it still does not show with no settings changed or products added aside from the default template products. The setting is enabled and yes I tried disabling plugins.

If you are using custom layouts of theme Go to Layouts > edit single product layout with page builder and use the product brand widget:
