Please check the Theme Settings > Footer > Pre-footer. You will find the HTML block, this block contains the brand element that shows all the brands.
You can find and edit the block in Dashboard > HTML blocks, you need to delete the Brands element and insert Banner carousel instead. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/
