Brands are showing no results when selected

    Since a few days no results are shown when you visit the store. Even if you select a category, brand or other element, you get a white screen.

    This has always worked well. Tried all updates but no results.

    What’s going wrong? It’s my client’s store, so there’s some rush to get it working again.

    As an example: https://www.dutchautomotiveparts.nl > Seat covers > Range of seat covers > Select the Volkswagen brand. The result is a white screen.

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Yes you have the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. Please look at it as quick as possible. It is a store of my client.

    The problem is caused by the missing translation in WPML.

    At the same time, you have not translated all the Woocommerce functional pages, categories, attributes, and products to Dutch. Pease changes the default language or create the translation for all the content.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I’ve checked all the WooCommerce pages and there all translated to German and English. Also when I select the German or English language in the store and I select a brand (example: Citroen) then I see all the products. But when I do this with the Dutch language then nothing is showing.

    Can you tell me how this is happening? Is has always worked fine until a couple of days ago.

    Can you tell me how I can translate the WooCommerce pages, because I already did.

    Please help.

    You could have changed the default language and all the content that does not have the translation in Dutch had disappared.
