Brands Carousel

Hello, how are you?

How do I make the logos appear in the Brand carousel feature? Currently only the text will display on my page.

I have logo files uploaded for each brand within the Products/Brands
I have been fiddling with the attributes but, I haven’t had any luck yet.

Can you offer any insight? Any would be appreciated.

Please navigate to Brands > Configure Items > enter each item and make sure you have added the image: http://prntscr.com/kic7ii

I don’t see the options on either of the two Brands options:
Theme Settings > Shop > Brands
or
Products > Brands
Is it something else?

You need to go Products > Attributes > Brands. If you do not have “Brand” attribute you will need to create it.

I noticed the link you sent is for Woodmart, is it the same for Basel? I ask because I have the Basel theme not Woodmart.

Yes, sorry, but it is the same process on our Basel theme as well.

Thanks for the info. I’ve gone through the steps and I unfortunately still can’t get the logos to display in the brand carousel. Is a certain size recommended?
I know I’m missing something here but I am not sure what.

Ultimately I would like to display the logos and hyperlink the images to a page.

Please, provide us your dashboard link and admin access so we can log in and check why it doesn’t work.

In order to show Brands image, you need to indicate the attribute in the Theme settings > Shop > Brand http://prntscr.com/kjqoqe and you will see the images from Product > Attributes > Brand

I see you use third parties plugin for Brand these items are not supported.

I took over this website project after the previous developer took off on the client. I am not sure what he had installed before. I have switched to the Brand Carousel within the theme and It still will not display the images. Also how would I hyperlink the images from the carousel?

Brand configuration are at the Theme Settings > Shop > Brand;

In order to display logo images in the Brand carousel, you need to add them in Products > Attribute> Brand > Configure item and add.
