nicolas74ParticipantHello,
Brands logos are not showing entirely on the sidebar area when I switch to Spanish or German. Only three of them would show up. Please see picture.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The brand is an attribute. You need to translate the attribute, and attribute items as per WPML documentation on Woocommerce attribute translation.
If you have configured the Woocoommerce attributes translation properly, and other attributes work well, let us know.
Best Regards

nicolas74ParticipantHello,
It used to work just fine before, without the brands translated.
Anyway, I have translated all the brands’ attributes with WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency as suggested but now when I switch to another language the brand filter on the sidebar of the shop page is not showing anymore and the image of the logo on the product page is no longer showing either.Best,

nicolas74ParticipantHello,
I’ve tried the link on two different browsers and it works just fine.
Could you please try again?
ThanksMay 7, 2023 at 2:32 am #465064
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You need to add images to all the translations: https://gyazo.com/f8b935a9fa1b01710ffe44afcd9fcea1
Please contact WPML they would recommend the extension to transfer the images automatically to the translations.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

nicolas74ParticipantHello,
This didn’t work. Please watch the video with my comments on it via the link provided in the private box below.
Please note that everything was working perfectly a week ago. Even though brand attributes were set to non-translatable attributes. Another thing, I recently switched to Optimole for media management. Maybe that’s the source of the issue. Finally, not sure if you’ve noticed but the brands’ filter does appear on shop page (in Spanish and German) when I first open the page: https://imgsh.net/a/4OvAaPX.png. But only three logos would show, however, when I click on one of the images, the filter is not working (it returns no results). And when I click on “clear filters”, the sidebar no longer appears on the shop page.BR

nicolas74ParticipantEDIT: Looks like I’ve got to mark all translations as complete in order to solve the problem. I also had to go to Woocommerce advanced settings and uncheck “Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering.”
