Breadcrum is not changing

I don’t have a product page(/product). When I click that breadcrumb, it shows a 404 error. Please show the Shop page instead of the Product page. The breadcrumb should be: Home > Shop.

Please make sure that your Shop page is properly assigned via WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop page.

If the issue remains, share the WP login details so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

Your issue has been resolved. Navigate to Layouts > Edit product archive layout and add the woocommerce breadcrumbs widget in the layout. Please check back your site and check the issue.
