Breakpoints for the owl-carousel

I have few owl carousels on home page at https://tginstrumendev.wpengine.com/.
If you look at the image i attached you can see that at the screen width of 483px each carousel item is still taking a third of screens width ( there are three items in the view at the same time when there should be two or maybe just one ) .
Is there a way to control breakpoints for the width of items?

Unfortunately, there is no option to control breakpoints for carousels in our theme.
