Bring some products uphill on the product grid

How can I move some products to the top of the product grid on the store or category page?

Please edit product > scroll down to Product data > Advanced tab > you can put -1 to Menu order field https://prnt.sc/HQdmAeaHTLuN

But, do you have a solution for the entire “shop” page – woocomerce?
I mean to have all products on this page sorted from newest to oldest
