Brocken thumblnails

Guys,

I did all i knew to do, as a non programmer, non web designer…no whatever :))
I need your advise, ad this happened after migrating to your theme, you are the only one that might know the solution.

My thumbnails are broken – I used Regenerate Thumbnails plug in, also your optimizer. I dont get results. Before going to replace manually all those broken pics, please let me know if you have another solution to try

Pfff…i am almost done replacing photos manually … but sure 🙂 If you can solve it today would be great, else ill be replacing manually 🙂

I have reviewed most of your products, and the thumbnail images appear to be displaying correctly. Could you please provide the exact page URL where the thumbnail is not loading so I can investigate further on your site?

Sure, as you can see the problem is only on mobile, the screen shot i think is relevant. Here are few links that should be seen broken.

you can find more like this – navigate to last page in jewelry/ necklaces. And coming from oldest to newest you will see a bunch of broken products like my screen shot.

I decided to repair from newest to oldest…various reasons 🙂

Yes, all is working fine, thank you.

What did you do ? was it something I would have easily done ?

P.S. some plugins (RankMath, trustpilot) were disconnected when I woke up, should I check anything else after this ?

Hello,

Yes, I just re-saved the theme settings and cleared the cache from WP Rocket. After that, everything started displaying correctly.

As for the plugins (RankMath, Trustpilot), I have not deactivated any plugin on your site. I recommend reconnecting them if needed.

I’ll double check, some seems to loose their grip and not sync.
