Broken Design on shop page

Hi,
I’m using your theme for quite a long time on several sites and I still struggle on some settings, even if I try to replicate what I’ve done before.
I build a shop page with categories. The preview is cool and when I publish it, it’s all different and cool at all.

Thanks your developper for his help.
I struggle with one thing more.
How can I display the product categories on the shop page instead of the products themselves ?
Is that with the page builder or a theme setting ?
And when I add some text on the shop page it appears before the products and I would like to put it after the product categories.
I’ve done it for another website in the past and I don’t find again the right setting.
You can see the links provided to see the difference.

WoodMart works with either the WP Bakery builder or the Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time. The demo content would be based on the chosen builder. It is not possible to switch from one builder to another after setting everything up.

The problem could be caused by the builder.

I only use 1 page builder per website.

My need is to show product categories on shop page instead of all products. Just to organize the shop.
How can I do this ?

That’s now 10 days spent on this and still no clear response. I don’t understand why I cannot reproduce the same design I made on a previous website. It’s really frustrating. I was also blocked on Elementor with the free plan. Also frustrating. Plus the failed speed test (my hosting company, xtemos and wp rocket all say it doesn’t come from their side…) it’s too much for me. I begin to be fed up with all that. So this is a new clear question :

Ok ! The shop page is now as beautiful as I wanted 🙂 Thanks !
BUT !…
When I click on one product category, it just open the category page without my products but with a special design. If I have sub-categories, I saw the icons and when I click on one of them… It open the sub-category page but no products appear 🙁
Can you help me solve this please ?

You can configure that in Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product catalog.

You will find the option to show products instead of sub-categories on the category page, please disable the layout for the archive page in the Dashboard > Layouts.
