Broken Layout/Background Change

    Hi team,

    I am trying to find the reasons for this broken layout/background change but there are no clues. Can I get some help to fix this issue? I have been searching in the forum for this issue but seems this is the first time a user experiencing it. Any kind of help will be appreciated.

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we could check it?

    What steps do you perform to reproduce the error? We have cleared the cache and resaved theme settings but don’t see any images.

    I am doing nothing, this is my client’s website, and this error occurs itself (at any time). Then a few hours later, fix itself. This is worrying me o.O

    Any suggestions, please?

    It looks like the image was selected as a background in Theme Settings accidentally and then removed. But since the website is cached, you see this problem for a long time. We can’t find other reasons for that while we don’t see it on the website. It is shown on a cached version of the website.

    I have the sense to use settings, but still, you might be right. I will let you know again if I need your help. One more thing, can I post the question/request after the support period is over?

    OK, if you will notice the problem again after your support period is over, write us via the comments section on ThemeForest and we will continue investigating. But if you have any other questions, you would need to extend your support period.
