Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Try to disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme, clear your browser cache and check again.
Kind Regards

rupakParticipantHi!
Thanks for the quick reply. I tried what you said. But, still didn’t work. I cannot edit the page.
If you can manually log in to my WordPress admin then it would be really great. Else, I have to request for a refund.
In the previous message, I have provided login credentials for WordPress admin.
Hope you understand.

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, disable all external plugins first. We will check what is wrong with your dashboard after this.

rupakParticipantHi!
I have disabled all plugins. Now, could you check the dashboard now?
Hoping for a positive response.
Thank you!

Artem TemosKeymasterThere is some problem with SSL configuration on your server. Home page has some redirect loop. And most files on the backend are loaded with HTTP and not with HTTPS. Contact your hosting provider to resolve this problem. Be sure that everything on your website is loaded with HTTPs.
November 7, 2018 at 8:37 am #87648
rupakParticipantI have enabled the necessary plugin for loading with HTTPs. Can you check it once?

Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Regards
November 7, 2018 at 9:18 am #87656
rupakParticipantAs you can check in a dashboard, I have enabled default theme like twenty sixteen. There is no such issue while editing the page.
If you didn’t believe, you may check the dashboard.
Waiting for your reply.

Artem TemosKeymasterYes, but the WPBakery page builder is currently turned off.
November 7, 2018 at 9:21 am #87659
rupakParticipantYou may turn on and check it.
November 7, 2018 at 9:25 am #87661
Artem TemosKeymasterOK, please, send us your FTP access.
November 7, 2018 at 9:27 am #87662
rupakParticipantHere are the credentials
November 7, 2018 at 9:53 am #87671
Artem TemosKeymasterIt is your cpanel access, not FTP. We need your FTP access to be able to edit your files.

rupakParticipant.

Artem TemosKeymasterPost your credentials via the private field only. We can’t connect with this data https://gyazo.com/64229712fa0f8705c172880b133db9d6

rupakParticipantFile Manager can only be accessed via CPanel.
November 7, 2018 at 11:13 am #87699
rupakParticipantLet me know, you solve the issue or not.

rupakParticipantIs your theme compatible with Gutenberg, the upcoming WordPress page/post editor? Maybe that’s causing the problem.
November 7, 2018 at 12:30 pm #87713
Artem TemosKeymasterYes, our theme is compatible with Gutenberg.
Please, contact your hosting provider and ask for a correct FTP access so we can connect your server and troubleshoot theme files.
November 10, 2018 at 10:27 am #88617
rupakParticipantI have provided corrected hosting address. Waiting for quick solution.
November 10, 2018 at 1:14 pm #88643
Artem TemosKeymasterThe problem seems to be caused by your server performance. Because of slow loading, most resources can’t be loaded correctly. Sometimes it works well and sometimes not https://gyazo.com/aa01d2d7d72d301f871af398ba5cbd8f
We suggest you to contact your hosting provider and ask to investigate the problem. Average admin page loading time is 50-60 seconds while it should be loaded in 3-4 seconds. -
