the website was working properly but suddenly the shop page and categories pages have been broken

1- To resolve the problem, I went to layouts and disactivate them and shop works well: https://prnt.sc/VFpIsdICRWZb
2- When I activate the layouts the page get broken : https://prnt.sc/ts0WnDewTnkB
3- I have tried to clear the cash from the WP Fastest Cache but in vain, if there is any way to clear the server/site cash please let me know : https://prnt.sc/R4pZVFCuIVQr

Please disable all plugins except these ones:
Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent themeThen activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Yep, but first confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.
