Broken Site Layout due to theme expiry

Hi WoodMart Team!

I have a live boutique shop (sheikhaa.com) running on your latest theme version (8.6.0) and the newest Elementor plugin on Namecheap EasyWP. My website storefront layout is completely broken—the top bar, navigation headers, category dropdown menus, homepage sliders, and custom footer styles are completely missing or unstyled, leaving the homepage looking totally unaligned. Some background design features on homepage middle slider are missing. Navigation menu bar is broker, header is missing, footer logo and text now overlapping on the background image.
This issue started when on my previous host before the migration the theme license expired which caused the entire layout to break but even after purchasing new theme license and update it, it’s still not fixed now .My theme settings are active, my theme license is fully activated, and my server memory limit is set to a powerful 512M. It seems like my database layout tables are completely disconnected from the style sheets. Can a developer please look at my setup and re-link my layout engines safely? Thank you!

This type of issue can typically occur when some theme settings, layout configurations, or Elementor-generated styles are not migrated correctly or the migration was not completed successfully.

I have checked your dashboard, and the custom Header and Slider configurations are not currently available/imported. Only the default WoodMart header is present, and the configured slider/slides are also not showing. This indicates that some of the required layout data may not have been transferred correctly during the migration.

If you still have access to the website on the previous hosting/server, I recommend performing a complete site migration from the previous installation to the new server rather than trying to recreate the missing layouts manually.

You can use a migration plugin such as:

Please make a complete backup of the current website before performing the migration. A complete migration should transfer the WordPress database, theme settings, Elementor data, layouts, sliders, and other required configuration data together.

Hi Aizaz, thank you for checking the backend. As I mentioned, the theme layout broke on the previous host right when the license expired, well before any migration took place. The old layout data is completely gone and cannot be retrieved.Since the theme is now running on a brand-new, active license on version 8.6.0, could your team please drop a clean, default WoodMart boutique header layout and a fresh homepage slider element back into my WordPress/Elementor setup? Once the physical header and slider sections are active on the site, I will manually upload my boutique images and text back into them. Thank you!

Thank you for the clarification. We understand that the issue occurred on the previous hosting several months before the migration, and that the migration itself did not cause the original layout issue.

We have checked the current installation, and the custom Header and Slider configurations are not present in the database. At the moment, only the default WoodMart header is available, and there are no configured slides that we can restore from the existing setup.

Please note that activating a new WoodMart license or updating the theme does not automatically restore previously deleted or missing Header Builder/Slider configurations. The license activation is separate from the website’s stored layout data.

Regarding your request for a fresh header and slider, we can help you import existing Header and Slider layouts from the available WoodMart demos. If you have a specific demo in mind, or if there is a particular header or slider from a WoodMart demo that you would like to use, please let us know. We can check the available demo layouts and and import the relevant header or slider onto your website. You can then replace the demo images, text, and other content with your own boutique content.

My hosting company has successfully completed a thorough database search-and-replace command and completely repaired all of my broken internal links. My homepage main slider is now fully online and displaying correctly!However, as we discovered, my original structural database tables for the header layout configurations were lost during the theme expiry on my old host. My entire header layout and responsive breakpoints are heavily broken. I am attaching a new batch of annotated screenshots to show your team exactly what needs to be reconstructed:

1. **Desktop View Header Break:** My original header structure had my boutique logo perfectly centered at the top, with a custom, wide navy blue navigation bar running directly beneath it (as shown in my reference image). Currently, the header layout has forced my logo to the extreme left, changed the fonts, and completely wiped out the navy blue navigation menu bar.
2. **Tablet & Mobile View Break:** When the browser window is condensed or viewed in mobile/tablet mode, my custom branding disappears completely. The site forcefully reverts to displaying the default green \’WoodMart\’ demo logo, demo layout styles, and green top-bar. The theme is treating condensed views as an unconfigured demo template.
3. **Middle SectionBreak:** You will also find Middle section of the website “EXPLORE THE RANGE” & “Our Products”, where the background white middle eastern architechtural layout with florals on sides have been lost. The floral pattern designs are hidden on desktop screens, only appearing when the window is aggressively minimized.

**4.Footer Break:** My footer logo container is overlapping directly onto the background watercolor peacock illustration instead of staying in its own column layout, and my side

Thank you for providing the detailed screenshots and explaining the previous structure.

If you have a backup of the old site from before the migration, we recommend restoring that backup on a separate test/staging environment. From there, we can check whether the original Header Builder and Footer configurations are still available.

If they are available, we can export the same Header Builder and Footer layouts from the restored site and import them into the current live site.

Please note a critical warning: The layout was already broken on the previous host BEFORE this backup was taken. Therefore, please do NOT perform a full site restore on my live server, as it will likely just copy back the exact same broken code files.

I have checked the provided file, and it contains SQL/database content rather than an exported WoodMart Header Builder and Footer layout that can be directly imported into the current website.

Since the original Header Builder and Footer configurations are not available in the provided backup, you can recreate the layout using the available WoodMart templates.

For the Header, please go to WoodMart > Header Builder > Add New Header and check the available header designs. You can select the design that most closely matches your original website layout and use it as a starting point.

For the Footer, you can create the required HTML Blocks and then use the available footer layouts from the WoodMart Template LibraryL https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/templates-library/

You can also browse the complete prebuilt websites from WoodMart > Prebuilt Websites. If you find a demo whose header and footer are close to your previous design, please send us the name of that demo. We can then check the corresponding header/footer layout and guide you on importing or recreating it on your website.

This approach will allow you to rebuild the header and footer structure without restoring the old database or overwriting your existing WooCommerce product catalog.

My layout is a specific hybrid that combines features from a few different WoodMart templates (like Jewellery 2, Marketplace 2, and Pet Supplies):
The Header Rows: I need a three-tier header structure. The top tier is a thin header bar (for announcements). 1. **Tablet & Mobile Responsive Headers:** Please ensure that your team fully configures the Tablet and Mobile responsive header layouts alongside the Desktop view. Currently, when the browser screen is minimized or viewed on a phone, my custom branding disappears completely and forcefully reverts to the generic green ‘WoodMart’ demo logo and styling (image shared in previous msg). I need my branding logo and navigation layout to remain perfectly seamless across all screen sizes.

Thank you for centering the logo on the desktop row. It is a good start, but the website layout adjustments are not fully resolved yet. As you can see on the website, there are still major structural items broken that need your technical team’s attention.Please do not close this ticket yet. Kindly pass this complete layout checklist to your technical team so they can resolve the remaining issues in one single step:
1. The Top Header Banner: The thin top header bar is completely incorrect. It is currently displaying a bright green background with default template placeholder text (‘ADD ANYTHING HERE OR JUST REMOVE IT…’). My original top header was solid royal navy blue with my custom free shipping announcement text.
2. Font Settings & Text Typography: The text font styles inside the main navigation bar menu, the top header announcement row, and the ‘Our Products’ middle section titles are using generic default theme typography instead of my custom boutique style properties. Which you can see the previous images shared with you.
3. Middle Section Background Containers: Please fix the visibility of the background graphic textures and repeating patterns on the main homepage middle section – “Explore the Range“ & “About Sheikhaa” are still completely hidden on standard desktop views. They only appear a little on the right side scree edges, when the browser window is shrunk down to tablet size and that too not fully- The background of that section had islamic architectural pattern in white with florals on either side . Please correct the desktop section responsive widths so these background elements render fully on all monitors.
4. Footer Logo Alignment (Overlapping): My custom HTML footer block still has an alignment error. My logo container text is overlapping directly on top of the background watercolor peacock illustration instead of staying cleanly in its own separate left column space. Please adjust the grid columns/margins for this footer block so the text separates from the artwork.

Regarding the Top Bar, you can edit it yourself from:
Navigate to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit Header > Edit Top Bar

Then, under the Style tab, you can change the background color according to your requirements.

For the Main Navigation font family, navigate to:
Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography

Create a new rule for Main Navigation Links, and then select your preferred font family.

For the Footer alignment issue, I tried to edit the Footer HTML Block with Elementor, but the Elementor editor’s left panel is not loading. This appears to be an Elementor editor issue rather than a WoodMart-specific issue.

Please STOP making any further modifications to my live website dashboard. Your recent adjustments have not only failed to fix the core issues, but they have now completely ruined my homepage bottom sections, scrambled my product grids, and entirely broken the ‘About Us- Sheikhaa’ section layout, it background as well.You have completely misunderstood the middle section background issue. It is NOT a local browser zoom problem on my monitor; your theme container rules are failing to map structural alignment paths correctly on full-resolution desktop monitors.

Furthermore, telling me to go manually configure the Top Bar background color hex codes, edit theme settings, and build Advanced Typography rules inside the Header Builder completely defeats the purpose of premium developer support. I am a boutique business owner, not a web developer or coding expert. I am not going to manually touch these technical settings when your updates have already broken the theme framework, as any small mistake could cause a total site crash.The issue is an architectural container block in your theme’s layout engine that is bleeding down the page, throwing elements out of alignment, and serving generic default fonts across my desktop, tablet, and mobile views.
Since I am an official premium license holder and my live business storefront is heavily damaged, please immediately escalate this ticket to a Senior Support Engineer or Lead Developer at Xtemos Studio. I need a senior programmer who understands the core database layout code, can unfreeze the Elementor backend connection, and will safely restore my centered logo, navy blue header, full-width dropdowns, and background design elements in one clean step without breaking my website.

honestly I am horrified to see what was fixed to have broken even further now!!! The screenshot you attached for the middle section is not the part I am talking about ! I attached the screenshots previously and it was very clear in it. Attached here again , the white background has a transcluscent Islamic architechtural pattern but here you see the background as completely white, the side floral patterns are missing, the About Sheikhaa section had navy blue background which is not there and now after your recent changes on the website the About Sheikhaa section layout is completely broken and is worse than before !!!!!!

For clarification, in my previous changes, I only modified the Header Builder. I did not make changes to the homepage middle sections, About Sheikhaa section, product grids, or their background settings.

Regarding the header, changes such as the logo position, Top Bar, navigation background, and typography can be managed directly through the Header Builder.

If you prefer not to make these changes yourself, please let me know and I can provide you with a step-by-step video guide showing how to configure the Header Builder according to your requirements.

1. Header

Regarding the header structure, I have already made the modifications to bring it closer to your previous layout, including the navy blue color.

You can further manage the colors from Theme Settings > Styles & Colors > Primary Color and from the Header Builder’s Header Bottom background color setting.

If you have the exact navy blue color/HEX code from your previous website, please share it with us and we can use the exact color.

Regarding the navigation font, could you please let us know which font family you were using previously? If it was a custom font, please provide its name or the font files. If it was one of the fonts available in WoodMart, please let us know which one was selected.

Also, the header banner: there was a problem with the color—it wasn’t quite right—so I fixed that, too.

2. “Explore the Range” / “Our Products” background:
Regarding the missing background graphics in these sections, it appears that the background images may have been assigned directly to the Elementor sections/containers.

Please edit the homepage with Elementor, select the relevant section/container, and check Style > Background. If the previously used background image is no longer available in the Media Library, it will need to be uploaded/reselected there again.

If you have the original background images from your previous website, please provide them so they can be added back to the corresponding sections.

Thank you for providing the details. We have checked the requested items and made the following updates:
1. Brand Navy Blue

I have set #000061 as the background color for the header row and also added it as the Primary Color under Theme Settings > Styles & Colors.

2. Custom Fonts

I have uploaded the UNIQUE font files under Theme Settings > Typography > Custom Fonts.
You can now assign these custom fonts to the required elements from the typography settings based on where you want each font to be used.

3. Desktop Checkout

I have checked the checkout on the desktop view, and the Add to Cart button, cart, and checkout elements are displaying and working correctly. We could not reproduce the reported desktop layout issue: https://postimg.cc/JDVTqfVy

However, there is currently no payment method configured/available on the checkout. WooCommerce therefore displays:
“There are no payment methods available. Please contact us for help placing your order.”
Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and make sure at least one payment gateway is enabled and properly configured to process orders.

4. Jewellery Menu on Mobile
I have also checked the JEWELLERY menu item. It is currently added as a custom link with only # as its URL, so it does not point to an actual page or product category.

Please go to Appearance > Menus > Edit Primary Menu, expand the JEWELLERY menu item, and add the appropriate Jewellery category URL. Alternatively, you can add the Jewellery product category directly as a menu item.
