Browse Categories collapse option in Elementor

Hello,

i want to have the “BROWSE CATEGORIES” menu collapsed by default and sofar my search in the support postings was fruitless. The same issues has been asked and answered with “change the setting in the page options” but i have no such page option when i edit the page “Home – base” in Elementor or Gutenberg. Installing the Bakery pagebuilder is not an option because the customer already has elementor pro licensed..
So please where can i find the option to enable/disable collapsing?

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

You can find this option in the page settings as you tried to do. This option is “Open categories menu” – Always shows categories navigation on this page;” Enable this option. You will find it in the Header options section.

If you do not have the same, please provide your site admin access.

thank very much for the quick support. I’ve managed to find the required setting after switching the Gutenberg from visual- to code- editor modus ( Ctrl+shift+alt+m).. this might help others who have problems find the way to the setting.
