Browse categories not showing!

Hello, the header named Default Header Layout does not appear in the browse categories section. Could you please review the screenshots? I fixed the problem by opening a second thread. However, my goal is to change the default header layout. Can you solve the problem?
I reset my website very often. This happens every time. Can you tell me the solution after solving the question? I wish you good work. Thanks for your help.

Hello,
Please Remove the previous Categories element and try adding a new in the default header layout. This will fix the issue.
