Browser Categories Drop Menu

When I add an HTML block all the other tabs stop working.
I took a video of the issue.

WHen I dont use HTML block to build a mega menu everything works fine.

Sorry but I am not able to see the video, it is always loading. Please upload the video on Dropbox or anywhere else then send me the link to understand the issue properly.

Also, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site and then check the site, I am sure you will not find the issue. Otherwise, please provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
