Browser crash

Hello,

I’ve recently uploaded 27,000 products and organized them into 2,200 categories. The developer implemented the menu programmatically.

However, there’s an issue with the backend menu. It’s become so large that it causes the browser to crash. I receive a warning from the browser to either wait or close it. I tried extending the loading time from 240 seconds to 900 seconds, but I still encounter the browser crash message. It disappears quickly once the menu loads, but I’m unsure what steps to take next.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

yes same problem with TwentyTwenty

It looks like a general issue of WordPress with a large amount of menu items. Try to reduce the number of items in your menu to solve this.
