Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

If it does not help, please reinstall WordPress and give us a clear WordPress installation we will install.

This plugin PageLayer does not relate to WoodMart theme, you can disable it and WoodMart theme would work properly.
