staffcreatorParticipantHello lads!
I was trying to reopen the previous ticket but it doesn’t allow it.
Basically based on the previous ticket with number #497454 entitled “iframe css bug”
I was trying to insert the hidden overflow… because I don’t want the double scrolling to be seen… (but unfortunately this way it doesn’t automatically adjust the page height)
But is it possible to make it adapt automatically based on the height you need?
With double scrolling it is very annoying
Let me know if we can run other commands to make the height automatically
Thanks friends
I’ll wait for you here!If you want to test you can always do it with the credentials previously left in the private part of the old ticket, however I will rewrite them below in a private copy.
Thanks for your help
I’ll wait for you here

staffcreatorParticipantHi Luke
Thanks for the reply.
The problem is Double Scrolling.. (See attached image)
I have already applied Overflow but unfortunately if there is content further down you cannot see it well because the page does not automatically adapt based on the height.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The thing is that the scroll comes from the main site that you have included in the iFrame: https://take.ms/UYyN6
Also, for everything inside the iframe (https://book.octorate.com/) cannot be influenced by a custom for an external site (https://www.relaislaroccaccia.it/), so in order to get rid of the scroll, you should edit the site that inside of the iFrame (https://book.octorate.com/).

staffcreatorParticipantHi Luke!
Thank you so much for your time! You are always number one!! 🙂
At that time..
If I want, I can modify the CSS of the Octorate site…In fact, in the “Body” of the site’s CSS I had set the Hidden Overload… and scrolling had disappeared…
But the problem arises that when there is more content at the bottom the graphics cut it..
So I thought if our site… with your theme, we can apply a rule that applies the height automatically… but from what I understand it always depends on the external iFrame site.
At this point… can you tell me the CSS command of the Octorate site to apply? Surely the Overload is not enough.. but we will need to add other css parameters..
What do you think about it?
Can you help me find the right command in the External Site Body of the iFrame?
Come on let me know!
I know that you and your team are very strong!! Help me please..
P.S.
Consider that I have the possibility to modify the CSS of the Octorate site and also the possibility to modify the Javascript.. (see attached image)
The only flaw is that I can’t give you the credentials of the external site because they aren’t there
I’m the owner.
I should have his mandate but it’s a long time coming because he’s always out.Surely you are much more technical than me and will know how to solve this annoying thing..
You can also see the CSS from the browser.
Please help me!
Thank’s my friend!
I’ll wait here!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The thing is that the “Octorate” site is not built via our theme therefore this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
If you’d like to contact us, we are here for whatever questions you may have.
Kind Regards
