Bug in Checkout

Good afternoon,
we have a bug in our new website.
Our website is https://new.vinotajna.sk

When I add some products to cart and when I am going into checkout and I try to use shipping method called SPS – kuriér na adresu, the checkout is still refreshing.

I tried to switch it to some default WordPress themes, but here it works normally. Is there any solution how we can fix it?

Please deactivate the custom template for checkout in the Dashboard > Layout.

If the problem remains, please fully back up your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the pain. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

we tried it, but issue is still here also with Storefront theme.
We tried to use parent theme (because we have child theme) and also deactivate all other plugins, but issue is still here.

If I try to switch theme to default wordperss theme such as Twenty .. it works OK.

How we can solve it please?

If you see the same on the Storefront it means WoodMart theme does not cause the problem.

Please check Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping.

Hi, the issue is still here.
We have tried it on Envo Storefront Version: 1.1.1, and here it does not work.

But, if we try it on Twenty Twenty theme it is working OK (see screen). Also I found another Storefront https://woocommerce.com/products/storefront/ and here it works also normally ok (see screen).

We have also production website http://www.vinotajna.sk and we are using the same plugin for SPS shipping method and on production website it works normally.

Please refer to the Woocommerce documentation, no WordPress theme influences the shipping in the checkout. This is Woocommerce functionality.

Hi, we have tried several themes and it is working.
We even tried theme BASEL – RESPONSIVE WOOCOMMERCE THEME and it is working. Problem is still just with woodmart, could you please provide solution?

We also contacted the supplier of the plugin and he said that the problem is in the theme.
