Bug in slider revolution

The whole view when you enter the plugin settings looks like this.
I turned off all plugins to check if there was a problem with any of them, but nothing changed.
There was an update on Slider Revolution, but that didn’t fix it either.
Please help if you have any ideas to solve this bug.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I tried with the Twenty Twenty-Three theme and there was no effect.
Do you have any other suggestions?
