agenciawebinfiniteParticipantHello!
After dozens of tests, I’ve determined that the problem of not being able to edit pages in Elementor on a website is due to Woodmart.
I deactivated all plugins, tested only Woo + Elementor Free, and the problem persisted.
I analyzed logs and debugs, then changed the theme to Storefront, and “magically” everything worked perfectly.
I switched back to Woodmart, and the problem returned, leaving no doubt that it was the theme.
I even deleted the theme, reinstalled it from scratch, did everything I could, and nothing solved it.
1- What is the problem?
When editing any page with Elementor, it just keeps thinking…thinking…thinking and doesn’t load.
https://imgur.com/eGzgDqo2- I need to click the site settings button for the error to stop, and then I can use it again:
https://imgur.com/b331mlp3- However, after updating to Elementor 3.33.0 this is no longer possible; that is, it’s no longer possible to edit. I was forced to downgrade Elementor to continue using it this way.
I will attach the debug logs from when only 3 plugins were active:
Elementor Free
WooCommerce
Woodmart CoreYou will see the bugs that need to be fixed in the attached log.
Could you please give this a high priority to resolve?

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

agenciawebinfiniteParticipantMy friend, the site is down during Black Friday. I’ve already done everything I needed to identify the problem, in the middle of the night, but now we can’t do anything anymore.
I’ve already sent you the logs; you need to find the errors and fix them.
Do you want a step-by-step guide?
You can read it in this chat: (I’ve attached the chat link with the analysis)

agenciawebinfiniteParticipantMy friend, the site is in production during Black Friday*

Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
Kind Regards

agenciawebinfiniteParticipantBut why create a staging environment?
Wouldn’t it be enough to just fix the bug and apply the patch?
I don’t understand why the difficulty.
November 18, 2025 at 10:27 am #696518
Artem TemosKeymasterThere’s no bug in our theme, and we can’t reproduce it on our website. It seems like a plugin conflict, so you need to identify which installed plugin is causing the issue. That’s why it’s important to temporarily turn off all plugins.
November 18, 2025 at 11:00 am #696536
agenciawebinfiniteParticipantHey friend!
Didn’t you read the first message I sent you??
Let’s go, I’ll repeat:
1- I DISABLED 100% OF THE PLUGINS (100%, all of them, not a single one remained active)
2- I REACTIVATED:
– WooCommerce
– Elementor Free3- I TESTED editing a page, THE SAME PROBLEM HAPPENED (I sent you the screenshot above).
4- I ACTIVATED THE WOODMART CORE PLUGIN
5- I TESTED AGAIN, SAME PROBLEM.
6- I CHANGED THE THEME TO STOREFONT
7- THE PROBLEM DISAPPEARED, THE ELEMENTOR EDITOR LOADED WITHOUT PROBLEMS
8- I REACTIVATED THE WOODMART THEME, THE SAME PROBLEM HAPPENED AGAIN.
9- Thinking it might be a bug in my theme installation.
– I reactivated the storefront
– I deleted the Woodmart theme folder
– I reinstalled the theme by downloading it again
– The same problem continued to occur (THIS STILL WITH ALL PLUGINS DISABLED, only WooCommerce + Elementor Free active)10- In other words, even with all plugins disabled, the error occurs, how could it be a conflict with a plugin?
11- So, I took the logs and sent them to you, all attached here.
12- If you say there’s no bug in your theme, there’s a bug in MY THEME THAT I BOUGHT FROM YOU ON MY WEBSITE.
– And that’s why I came here, to ask for your help.
Based on this, you want me to disable the plugins again, even though I already did that??
November 18, 2025 at 11:05 am #696537
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We’ve already reviewed this information. However, we can’t conduct an investigation solely based on your words. We need to test this ourselves on your website, ensuring that all plugins are disabled.
Kind Regards
November 19, 2025 at 11:27 am #696673
agenciawebinfiniteParticipantOkay, I’m creating a complete staging of the site for your tests; the access data is below:
In a few minutes, the staging site will be live so you can test it.
You can disable/re-enable plugins and do whatever else you need to validate the problem.November 19, 2025 at 11:49 am #696682
Artem TemosKeymasterThank you. As we can see, all plugins are still active. Please deactivate it on your staging website and test how it works. If the issue persits, please keep the plugins deactivated so we can check this too.
November 19, 2025 at 11:56 am #696683
agenciawebinfiniteParticipantJust wait for my OK, it seems there’s something wrong with the staging; it appears to be redirecting to the main site.
I’ll confirm that you can access it shortly.
November 19, 2025 at 12:09 pm #696693
agenciawebinfiniteParticipantOkay, site staging with all plugins disabled.
https://imgur.com/cqg7pPINote: I just tested it, I activated Woo + Elementor, and when editing a page with Elementor, the editor freezes.
Will you be able to replicate the problem.
I await your solution, thank you.
November 19, 2025 at 12:11 pm #696695
agenciawebinfiniteParticipantOnce you resolve this, please disable the plugins to avoid conflicts with the main website, as there are external integrations.
November 19, 2025 at 1:39 pm #696719
Artem TemosKeymasterThe error is caused by the mistake in the translations https://gyazo.com/02d6d2741cda4a621ccf810976485def
We have removed that translation and now it works. Please test from your end.November 19, 2025 at 3:14 pm #696750
agenciawebinfiniteParticipantI fixed it on the main website and it worked.
Thank you.
