bug issues where firewall ovh hosting is activated

When I activate firewall on my OVH host, the theme is no longer working correctly and some features are no longer working at all, I searched on forums, and I understood that I have to contact my host to whitelist something that I didn’t understand, can you please tell me what exactly should I tell them or what should I do
?

It looks like the firewall blocks the Header builder’s request. You need to contact your hosting provider to add it somehow to the exception list.

This URL is unique to your website. But you can find it in the error log while saving the header https://gyazo.com/e7441b8c5fc69817b2cf695cf9ea7318
