    Bug List on Mobile View

    Hi Guys, we have a small list to solve ..

    1 – The stars of the reviews are badly seen .. and you don’t see the exact percentage, you always see a full 5 stars, if they are 4 stars you can’t see it .. Can we solve it? these are in the Visual Mobile product page (See attached image “Star_Page_Product.jpg”)

    2- If possible translate the word -OR- as we could not find the word with Loco Translator, can you do something? (See attached image “OR_Page_Product.jpeg”)

    3- If we can improve the display of the product list on the Shop page, we would like everything to be more compact and better, plus if possible adapt borders that distinguish one product well from another with a gray background on the images (Photos). example the list of the Amazon page that we like very much and we would like to try to adapt it to the best similar to the one described. (See attached descriptive image “Shop_Page_mobile_List.jpg”)

    We would like to solve these 3 fundamental points for our graphics .. We are sure that you will be able to help us as they are simple changes to be made .. Please guys to help us. We know you are Awesome and you will succeed in this first change on the Mobile View.

    I rewrite the credentials on the private part.

    Hello,

    1. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then check back.

    2. Please try finding the string under the plugin you used to add the payment method. Otherwise our theme doesn’t influence.

    3. Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings to make the style the same as you require. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

    This is not good as the requests made are all things related to your THEME … and they are not related to any other plugin, this we can guarantee 100%

    For the visualization in the list you already helped me some time ago, a colleague of yours was very kind to solve the problem, it is just a matter of improving it, and it is all related to your theme and only you can get your hands on these changes!

    I chose your theme from the start because of the great support you have and we paid for every support period on a regular basis.

    I repeat .. They are all things of changes concerning the theme ..

    Hello,

    1. Please allow us to troubleshoot the issue by deactivating all the third party plugins.

    2. Please try finding the text from the plugin you used to add the payment option. Then check back.

    3. It is not possible to copy the exact design layout as you mentioned. We can improve it a bit using Custom CSS.

    3. You can proceed to modify the CSS, I am referring to this, in fact the CSS needs to be modified, since you are the owners of the Theme I ask you for the necessary changes as surely you will be much more precise and faster in doing it .. I could do it too but it would take a long time, while you being the owner of the Theme can surely solve this request in a Safe and Fast way .. and for this I thank you very much.

    3. It’s not possible to add background color to only the image. Try adding the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for the Mobile area to add a background color.

     .product-list-item {
        background: #cecece;
    }

    I would say that I really like the combination of colors, with the Gray code we use it is this: # f3f3f3 and it is very nice.

    Ok for the background.
    But not so much for the edges .. the edges must be present only where the gray background is present, then it should be enlarged more perhaps with Display Content?

    Then the title content, and the image itself should all be within the precise Gray content.

    Can we improve this?

    1. Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for Mobile area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    margin-top: -25px;
    }

    3. Please replace the previous Custom CSS with the following then check back.

    .product-list-item {
    background: #f3f3f3;
    padding-top: 25px;
    border-bottom: 1px solid #cecece;
    }

    Ok for the edges of the stars .. now ok ..
    But we have another problem .. it does not display the rating in Mobile View .. (See attached images), This works ONLY in Desktop view but in Mobile it has always been 5 full stars .. but in reality it is not so .. See example of this article at this link:

    In the Shop page, in the sidebar you can see the stars only in Desktop view, they are not seen in Mobile View .. (See attached images)

    1- I noticed that when I first load the Shop page it still sees some Borders that shouldn’t be there (See attached image Shop_List_Visual_Mobile_NoBorder.JPG) This only does it for the first time in loading .. If I reload the page a second time once the borders disappear .. (Is it due to cookies?) or is there some double CSS command that creates this little bug?

    2- All very nice, I’m really liking the list like this ..
    Only I would like it to be more compact on the sides .. there must not be space, it should fit the screen, I tried to see me too with the command Display: Contents but it doesn’t work, you see everything broken .. It can be done in some other so that everything is more compact? as wide as possible? (See attached image Shop_List_Visual_Mobile_NoSpace.JPG)

    Please check the review stars always 5 issue with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    1. For the sidebar rating not appearing try adding the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for Mobile area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    .product_list_widget>li .star-rating {
        position: relative;
    }

    2. It seems to be a cache issue. Please check after clearing the cache.

    3.Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for Mobile area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    .woodmart-archive-shop .vc_column_container>.vc_column-inner {
        padding-left: 0;
        padding-right: 0;
    }

    1- we have to fix the alignment of the filter icons at the top that I do not see are aligned well .. (See attached image Align-Item-ShopList.JPG)

    2- Having applied the paggind to 0 it was also taken from the sidebar (SideBar) in this section there must NOT be padding at 0 but it must return as before because in this view it remains too attached, we must select a Padding ONLY for the SideBar . (See attached image Sidebar_No_Padding_ShopList.JPG).

    N.B.
    Regarding the Rating of the Stars I did not understand what I have to do .. Can you explain me better?

    I also noticed that in the product page this CSS command that you made me put first: .woodmart-archive-shop .vc_column_container> .vc_column-inner {
    padding-left: 0;
    padding-right: 0;
    }

    It also affects the product page, but this must not be affected by these changes. (See attached image.)

    Now it’s much better ..

    For the above filter buttons I assure you that they are not aligned .. (For this I will try to solve via Layout, in case of update)

    I saw that the new theme update came out, I updated and I really like the new function implemented by Woocommerce with the Buy Now button, I immediately tried to activate it as this was one of the many requests made previously .. But I can’t translate it with LOCO translate .. I’ve tried everything but I’m going crazy to understand how to translate the button !! (See attached images) In the Theme I have not found the translation because obviously it is connected with Woocommerce, but believe me I can’t understand why I can’t translate it! I also cleared the Cache via the WP_Optimizer plugin, I also disabled some plugins that could create the problem for me such as Yith Product Add-ON, but that wasn’t the problem either ..
    I can’t understand why the button won’t translate for me!

    Can you help me figure out if it was something related to the Theme update?

    Please help me understand how to solve this, it is very important to me ..

    But I didn’t understand how you managed to solve ..

    I also cleared the cache with the WP-OPTMIZER plugin but I hadn’t solved it ..

    Now I have to report the fix on the Live Site ..

    But I still don’t understand how you solved it with The cache.

    Could you show me the steps with some screen shots? So I am more secure and I also solve on the Live site.

    Unfortunately I have to tell you that it doesn’t work ..

    I am currently unable to edit the translation of just that button.

    Excuse me so much but unfortunately we have switched to a Dedicated Server and we have reset the utilities.

    However, I double-checked what you wrote to me, and I didn’t understand that I had to do the synchronization from the TEMA and not from Woocommerce, reviewing everything I understood where the problem was, I did it from the Woocommerce Plugin.

    But I must say that you have solved this thing with the latest update because with the ver. 6.5.0 I had already tried to synchronize the Traslate Del TEMA Loco but it didn’t really give me the BUY NOW translation, it gave it ONLY from Woocommerce, After updating your TEMA to ver. 6.5.2 I could see that after Synchronizing again I noticed the addition of the Translation to the BUY NOW Button.

    Now it seems that I have solved it
