Bug: No Zoom feature for product images

Hello,

I am currently setting up the Woodmart theme for a relaunch.

I have noticed that the enlargement function for product images in WooCommerce does not work. When hovering the mouse over it, it does not zoom within the section. And when clicking on the zoom icon, a full screen black background with navigation elements is displayed, but not the image.

I changed the theme from Child theme to Woodmart, re-uploaded the complete theme folder via FTP, reset the settings (after an export) and disabled all plugins (except Woodmart Core and WooCommerce), this also did not bring any change.

To me it looks like a JavaScript conflict, but I’m not that knowledgeable in it to be able to analyze this in more detail myself.

Try to upload some random image to this product and test how it works.

that is correct. And with a manual upload it works. Thank you! that there can be a conflict here, I was not even aware.

That means I either have to contact the creator of the import/export plugin for a fix or search for a plugin for the Media Library that reads the corresponding information from already imported images and adds it to the database.

Yes, you can contact the plugin developer or try to use some other one. But size attributes have to be set correctly and not to 0.
