diegoxp12ParticipantWhen I hover my mouse over the product carousel or product grid, there is a problem. The offer badge is switching with the product photo, which is very strange. Here is a video demonstrating this.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong?
Kind Regards
November 4, 2025 at 10:12 pm #694293
diegoxp12ParticipantThank you very much, I will share my FTP access with you. I have also attached another problem I am having with the theme, which is on my WooCommerce store page. My page only displays two products, when it was configured to display 12 (after the updates, it stopped working).

Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, but the FTP access seems to be wrong, and we can’t connect to the server.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
You can fix it by applying patch #
694661. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.Kind Regards
November 6, 2025 at 8:07 pm #694686
diegoxp12ParticipantThank you for your reply. I applied the patches, but the error persists. I have attached an image showing the error.
I cleared the website cache, but it still didn’t work. The product badge continues to be replaced by the product, and the store page continues to display only two products, even though it is configured to display more.

Artem TemosKeymasterTry to apply a new patch
694742. As for the number of products on the shop page, it seems to be affected by some of the plugins installed on your website.Kind Regards

diegoxp12ParticipantThank you very much, the badges are now working correctly. Regarding the problem on the store page, it started occurring after updating the theme. I ran tests by disabling plugins one by one, but the problem of only two products remaining persisted. Therefore, I suspect it is a theme issue.

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease keep all the plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off so we can check this.
November 7, 2025 at 5:51 pm #694881
diegoxp12ParticipantOk, irei fazer isso
November 10, 2025 at 10:59 am #695090
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
As we can see, all the plugins are still active. Could you please temporarily turn them off?
Kind Regards

diegoxp12ParticipantHello, I created a staging site where you can edit it completely. On this site, I disabled all unrelated plugins, but even so, the shop page still has a bug in the product file. When you access the FTP, you will see a folder with the name of the new test site. I will leave the direct login link to the site so you can investigate. Feel free to take a look!

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
All plugins are still turned on on your staging website. Please disable them temporarily and test how it works. Keep them turned off so we can investigate this, too.
Kind Regards

diegoxp12ParticipantThanks. I desactivated all plugins now you can investigate.
thanks

Artem TemosKeymasterAs we can see, there are a lot of plugins still active. You need to disable all plugins that are not related to our theme.
November 12, 2025 at 9:05 pm #695712
diegoxp12ParticipantI managed to solve the problem; it was an internal WordPress setting.
