The extra tabs do not open on click.
I need to refresh my page several times in order for it to work.

There must be a JS error. The site admin access does not work unfoturnatelly.
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme if you use the child one.
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
In case the problem remains, please provide the valid site admin access.
