    Hi there,
    we made the update this morning and we have a bug on the site. No css seems to be taken in account ?
    Any idea. We have updated all plugins and wordpress versions.

    Bug is on pc only not mobile.
    Here is a screenshot you will see better. Any idea why it is displayed like this ? WpBakery problem (version used is 7.3) ?

    Slider does not appear neither.
    But on mobile, the website works perfect ??

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    I’m embarrassed because the stagin site works perfect. Only the live site on pc encounters some problems. And i cannot desactivate plugins on the live site.
    Would you have any idea with the console logs or have you heard some conflict with some plugins ?

    Hello,
    must have been cache issue i don’t know … this issue has been reported by several customers and we reproduced it during 2 two days. Now it works fine …. even if we did not do anything special … it works so it’s fine .
