staffcreatorParticipantHi everyone.
In reference to the previously opened ticket with number #477702We have to reopen this ticket as the problem encountered was due to a plugin called CUSVER is a review service.
Their support told me to try disabling everything even your THEME, but I specified that the THEME is a main part of my site and that I absolutely cannot disable it and therefore it would be better if they could check the problem like solve it.. now i am waiting for replies..
From what I know it seems that they would like you to check the theme if you can fix this visual bug. as there seems to be an incompatibility between the CUSREV plugin and your THEME.
Now the thing that interests me is that the problem is solved, obviously the first one who can solve it will be number one!! 🙂
The file on this ticket had been seen by Mr. Luke Nielsen
I ask you if it is possible to keep this ticket open again. I apologize if I previously made you close the other one.
In the meantime if you can check or maybe if Mr. Luke Nielsen could review what we were writing to each other I would be very grateful.
I await your kind feedback
Of course, in private I leave the access data for the tests..
If you need anything else, don’t hesitate to ask.
Greetings 🙂

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Kind Regards

staffcreatorParticipantHi Luke,

staffcreatorParticipantHi Luke, I wanted to update you the following,
CUSREV plugin support answered me like this:
————————————————————————-
“Thanks for your additional information.The messed up elements in the footer are some buttons (I don’t know) of the theme itself. You can try to contact Woodmart theme support to ask for help with this issue.

Or use this custom CSS code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, to hide it..pswp {
display: none;
}

Let me know if it helped.Your ticket’s status: https://help.cusrev.com/helpdesk/tickets/15502
Best regards,”
————————————————————————-In reality, as you saw, I had already done that command, thinking I had solved it.. but then we discovered that it affects the opening of full-screen images.
I kindly ask if you can help me get out of this back and forth.
Let me know
I’ll wait here..Thank’s for your job!
Greetings 🙂July 3, 2023 at 3:37 pm #478896
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please navigate to Theme Settings -> Performance -> CSS and define the “Photoswipe library” in the “Styles always load” field.
https://monosnap.com/file/VAjwQLbuyzGl3ZkwoVTSXL9IpjSKKr
It should solve the issue.
Kind Regards
