This issue is related to the fact that in the popup, an HTML block has been selected which contains another popup element, and because of that, you’re getting the following errors. You shouldn’t do it that way, since it won’t work.

OK I shouldn’t . Deleted and popups works now.
Would you consider to set a warning to avoid error 500 when “HTML block has been selected which contains another popup element”?

500 error is related to the server, and the server showed that error because “Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted…” as your error log shows.
