Bug with WP BAKERY EDITOR

Hello,
I have a problem.

When i would like to add a text in visual in the WP BAKAERY BUILDER EDITOR, i can’t click on it to add the text.
I have the same problem with responsive text block…

I have to use the “Text” Tab to add text…

Can you help me to solve this problem please ?

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and Recommended plugins.

Then check back.

If the issue still occurs then provide the admin panel login details of the website.

I understand, but with the Classic text block or editor, the « visual » tab doesn’t work….

The classic editor is working on your website. Please clear cache and check back.

No the classic editor working only in “texte” tab.

Please on your “screenshot” go to “Visuel”, and you can see the classic editor doesn’t working…

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Because the editor is the plugin functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
